Allows human trafficking victims (as defined in Section 97-3-54.4(q)) to petition for one additional expungement for prostitution convictions under Section 97-29-49, beyond the standard one felony expungement allowed to other persons.

Prohibits expungement of felony convictions for procuring prostitution under Section 97-29-51(1)(b) or (c) and promoting prostitution under Section 97-29-51(2)(a) or (c).

Adds procuring prostitution and promoting prostitution to the list of felony crimes that are ineligible for expungement under Mississippi Code Section 99-19-71(2)(a).

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
