Authorizes homeschool students to participate in interscholastic extracurricular activities (sports and activities sanctioned by Mississippi High School Activities Association) sponsored by their assigned public school district.

Requires homeschool students to meet the same behavior, conduct, academic standards, physical examination, immunization, insurance, age and eligibility requirements as public school students participating in the same activities.

Requires homeschool students to provide appropriate documentation of academic proficiency (standardized test results, work portfolio, or prior school records) and register intent to participate before the semester begins.

Prohibits public schools from discriminating against homeschool students in team selection or participation, but establishes participation as a privilege rather than a right with no legal cause of action created.

Requires homeschool students to participate in statewide testing as a separate category that does not impact the participating school district's accountability rating; parents are responsible for transportation.
