Authorizes the State Bond Commission to issue up to $5,450,000 in general obligation bonds to fund stormwater infrastructure projects for the City of Natchez.

Allocates funds as follows: $2,550,000 for Roselawn Subdivision project, $1,600,000 for West Stiers Lane project, and $1,300,000 for Concord Avenue project.

Creates the "2025 City of Natchez Stormwater Infrastructure Fund" within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds for project costs.

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from issuance, bear interest at rates not exceeding limits set in Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State.

No bonds may be issued after July 1, 2029; the act becomes effective July 1, 2025.
