Extends the repeal date of the Indianola Tourism Commission from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2029

The commission promotes tourism and economic development in Indianola, Mississippi, and consists of 9 members including representatives from city wards, the Chamber of Commerce, B.B. King Museum Foundation, and hotel/restaurant owners

Authorizes the city to levy up to 2% tax on hotel and motel room rentals and up to 2% tax on restaurant and bar sales of prepared food and alcoholic beverages

Tax revenues are collected by the Department of Revenue, which retains 3% for collection costs before remitting proceeds to the city

Funds are dedicated solely to tourism and economic development purposes and cannot be used as general fund revenues
