Extends the repeal date of Chapter 934, Local and Private Laws of 2022, from July 1, 2026, to July 1, 2029, allowing the City of Olive Branch to continue levying a hotel and motel tax beyond the original expiration date.

Authorizes the City of Olive Branch to levy a tax not to exceed 1% on gross proceeds of overnight room rentals at hotels and motels with six or more guest rooms for tourism and parks and recreation purposes.

Allows the city to issue general obligation bonds or incur indebtedness in an aggregate principal amount capable of being funded by the special sales tax proceeds, with bonds exempt from Mississippi state taxation.

Requires the tax to be approved by at least 60% of qualified electors voting in a city election held after proper public notice.

Permits the tax to continue beyond July 1, 2029, for as long as necessary to service debt associated with bonds issued under the act.
