Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $300,000 to assist the City of Jackson with infrastructure improvements and upgrades at Jayne Avenue Park, Livingston Park, and VA Legion Sports Complex.

Creates a special fund called the "2025 City of Jackson Parks Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse them for the authorized park projects.

Bonds shall mature no later than 25 years from date of issue, with interest rates not exceeding limits set in Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi.

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2029; any remaining funds after project completion shall be applied to pay debt service on the issued bonds.

Act takes effect July 1, 2025.
