Appropriates $17,274,665.00 from the State General Fund and $13,495,131.00 from special source funds to the State Forestry Commission for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 246 permanent positions and 7 time-limited positions for the commission.

Establishes performance targets for FY2026 including average fire suppression time of 2.80 hours, 15,000 acres under prescribed burn program, and 95% of fires suppressed at 100 acres or less.

Requires $200,000.00 to be transferred to the Department of Agriculture and Commerce for a Beaver Control or Eradication Program.

Directs the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as FY2025 and restricts use of general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds used for salaries.
