Authorizes 100 permanent positions and 1 time-limited position; prohibits fiscal year 2027 personal services from exceeding 2026 appropriated amounts unless new programs are added

Reappropriates $1,598,970.00 in Capital Expense Funds from HB 1631 (2023) for capital projects, limited to unexpended balances remaining as of June 30, 2025

Allocates $4,000,000.00 for construction of a new office building

Requires district to waive traffic control fees for vehicles with "REZ" tags and provides exemptions and fee waivers for specific fishing tournaments (ESPN Bass Masters Classic, FLW Major Open, and Catch A Dream Foundation Bass Classic)
