Approves 17 permanent authorized positions with no time-limited positions for the Authority

Allocates $15,000,000.00 of the appropriated funds specifically for capital projects

Provides $50,000.00 for overtime, callback, or standby pay

Requires the Authority to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2025 and submit comparable budget requests to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee
