Appropriates $63,044,692.00 from the State General Fund and $535,067,928.00 from special funds to the Mississippi Department of Health for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $34,000,000.00 to the Trauma Care System, with authority to transfer funds to the Division of Medicaid for enhanced reimbursement programs and to out-of-state trauma centers in Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia.

Appropriates $20,000,000.00 from the Tobacco Control Program Fund for cancer research, school nurse programs, alcohol and tobacco enforcement, and health care alliances addressing heart attack, sepsis, and stroke care.

Authorizes 685 permanent and 1,407 time-limited positions across the department; includes $7,787,845.00 for the Medical Cannabis Act with 34 time-limited positions.

Provides additional appropriations of $4,300,000.00 for water system improvements, $7,787,845.00 for medical cannabis administration, and $5,000,000.00 for burn care services; directs same-day service for birth and death certificates.
