Appropriates $6,854,812.00 from the General Fund to the State Fire Academy for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 62 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the agency.

Reappropriates $1,825,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for two purposes: $75,000.00 for federal grant match to purchase vehicles and $1,750,000.00 for replacement of heat building components.

Sets performance targets of training 8,100 students at an average cost of $1,151.60 per student in fiscal year 2026.

Requires the agency to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2025 and to provide comparable budget request details for fiscal year 2027.
