Appropriates $13,292,671.00 from the State General Fund and $5,130,000.00 from special funds to the Mississippi Department of Insurance for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 124 permanent positions for the department with restrictions on salary increases and fund transfers requiring approval from the Department of Finance and Administration.

Allocates $5,000,000.00 from the Comprehensive Hurricane Damage Mitigation Program Fund for administering hurricane damage mitigation grants with individual grant limits.

Designates $250,000.00 for the State Fire Marshal's Office for fire safety prevention, supplies, and public service announcements; $15,079.00 for the Fire Personnel Minimum Standards and Certification Board; and $20,000.00 for National Conference of Insurance Legislators dues.

Appropriates $9,000,000.00 from the Annual Fire Fund and $2,000,000.00 from the Rural Fire Truck Matching Assistance Fund for fire-related programs authorized under state law.
