Appropriates $4,383,252.00 from special funds to the State Board of Medical Licensure for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 30 permanent positions with restrictions on salary escalations and new hires only if essential and without exceeding projected payroll costs.

Establishes performance targets including 100% online license renewals, 100% individual renewals issued within seven business days, and 90% complaint resolution within seven business days.

Allocates up to $600,000 for the Mississippi Physician Health Program and $130,000 to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy for the Prescription Monitoring Program.

Provides $20,000 for computer repairs and upgrades, and permits the board to recover investigation and proceeding costs from licensees found in violation of statute.
