Appropriates $5,307,890.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi Board of Nursing for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 36 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the board with restrictions on salary increases and transfers without Department of Finance and Administration approval.

Allocates $1,560,000.00 to the Office of Nursing Workforce for educational curriculum and nursing workforce development programs.

Allows up to $105,000.00 to be allocated to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy for the Prescription Monitoring Program and provides funds for Medical Cannabis Act implementation in coordination with the Department of Health.

Requires the board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2025 and submit future budget requests in comparable detail; takes effect July 1, 2025.
