Appropriates $354,642.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Physical Therapy for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 3 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the agency.

Requires the agency to maintain fiscal year 2027 personal services costs at or below fiscal year 2026 levels unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature.

Prohibits use of appropriated funds to replace federal or other special funds previously used for salaries, and requires compliance with IRS Publication 15-A regarding contract employee income reporting.

Directs the State Treasurer to disburse funds upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer and establishes effective date of July 1, 2025.
