Appropriates $1,786,295.00 from the Real Estate License Fund to the Mississippi Real Estate Commission for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 16 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the commission.

Requires the commission to maintain fiscal year 2026 personal services expenditures at or below appropriated levels unless new programs or positions are added by the legislature.

Prohibits using appropriated funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds previously used for salaries and requires compliance with IRS Publication 15-A regarding contract employee reporting.

Requires the commission to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2025 and submit future budget requests in comparable format.
