Appropriates $30,390,232.00 from the State General Fund and $9,650,728.00 from special funds to the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 91 permanent full-time positions and 205 time-limited full-time positions for the agency.

Allocates $5,690,346.00 from general fund court assessments for specific programs including Crime Victims Compensation ($1,901,332.00), Cyber Crime Unit ($944,722.00), Children's Advocacy Centers ($554,489.00), and other enforcement and training initiatives.

Provides $1,000,000.00 for the Prosecutors Training Division and $680,000.00 from the Department of Health for the Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement Unit.

Establishes performance measures and targets for the agency in litigation, training, consumer complaints, Medicaid fraud enforcement, and other operational areas, with quarterly reporting requirements to legislative appropriations committees.
