Appropriates $1,996,069.00 from the State General Fund to the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 9 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the office.

Requires the office to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2025, and to submit the fiscal year 2027 budget request in comparable format and detail.

Mandates compliance with state law regarding expenditure limits and prohibits general funds from replacing withdrawn federal or special funds used for authorized salaries.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
