Appropriates $21,052,911.00 from special funds in the State Treasury for administrative expenses of the Board of Trustees of the Public Employees' Retirement System and maintenance/operation of the Retirement System Building for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 167 permanent positions with restrictions on salary increases and personal services expenditures that cannot exceed Fiscal Year 2026 appropriated amounts unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature.

Allocates no more than $3,538,000.00 for computer system maintenance, upgrades, and operation, and no more than $300,000.00 for building maintenance and repair.

Requires the Board of Trustees to webcast and record all board and committee meetings (excluding executive sessions) with archived footage posted on the agency website within 48 hours.

Establishes the Public Employees' Retirement System Building Repair and Maintenance Fund to collect rental income from the building at 301 North President Street, Jackson, with unexpended funds transferred to the Administrative Budget Fund annually.
