Appropriates $7,651,428 from the General Fund and $1,004,093 from special funds for the Mississippi State Supreme Court (70 permanent positions authorized) for fiscal year 2026.

Appropriates $36,921,111 from the General Fund and $4,286,025 from special funds for special judges, chancellors, and circuit judges (109 permanent positions authorized), with $14,170,000 provided for judge support staff at up to $130,000 per judge annually.

Appropriates $17,343,629 from the General Fund and $28,159,106 from special funds for the Administrative Office of Courts (48 permanent positions authorized), including $732,539 for CCID inferior court operations, $9,000,000 for Drug Court Program, and $2,500,000 for Youth Court Support Fund.

Appropriates $172,366 from a newly created Continuing Legal Education Fund (2 permanent positions), $5,503,789 from General Fund and $1,684,865 from special funds for Court of Appeals (58 permanent positions), and $371,804 from special funds for Board of Bar Admissions (3 permanent positions).

Authorizes up to $2,460,500 for Comprehensive Electronic Court Systems Fund; reappropriates $332,246 in Capital Expense Funds for temporary Intake Officers; effective July 1, 2025.
