Appropriates $1,562,907.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Arts Commission for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Appropriates an additional $2,690,000.00 from special funds and donations to the Mississippi Arts Commission for the same fiscal period.

Authorizes 10 permanent positions and 2 time-limited positions for the agency, with restrictions on salary increases and escalations without Department of Finance and Administration approval.

Allocates $1,490,000.00 from the Education Enhancement Fund for educator training, arts programs in public schools ($100,000), miscellaneous grants ($350,000), and the Whole Schools Initiative ($1,040,000).

Reappropriates $1,750,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for the Building for the Arts project, limited to unexpended balances remaining as of June 30, 2025.
