Appropriates $156,842.00 from the Capital Expense Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for legal assistance, expert witness fees, court fees, judgments, and settlement agreements for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025), including specific allocations for Superfund site litigation, school for the deaf and blind case, and three criminal cases.

Appropriates $995,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for legal costs from passage through June 30, 2026, including $350,000 for DOJ CRIPA investigation of Mississippi Department of Corrections and $300,000 for Alexander v. Hall litigation.

Appropriates $0.00 from the General Fund to the Department of Corrections for the medical program during fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).

Becomes effective July 1, 2025.
