Authorizes the Greenwood Utilities Commission to bottle and sell water from its municipal supply directly to consumers at the Commission's discretion.

Establishes that bottled water sales will diversify revenue streams, create local jobs, and promote Greenwood's water quality.

Requires the Greenwood Utilities Commission to comply with all applicable state and federal health, safety, and labeling regulations for bottled water production and distribution.

Takes effect upon passage.
