Amends Chapter 910, Local and Private Laws of 2022, to revise Sunflower County Board of Supervisors' authority to contribute funds to the Sunflower County Ministerial Alliance Counseling Service, Inc.

Board may contribute up to $40,000 annually from county funds to the organization for administering the Sunflower County Transition Center, which serves the homeless population.

Board is authorized to contribute an additional annual amount equal to aggregate contributions received from municipalities, faith-based groups, and private citizens for the Transition Center's operations.

The authorization expires and is repealed effective July 1, 2026.

Takes effect upon passage.
