Authorizes Mississippi to issue general obligation bonds up to $1,800,000 to assist the City of Oxford in extending and connecting Pegues Road to Ed Perry Boulevard.

Creates a special fund called the "2025 East Oxford Transportation Improvement Project Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the road project.

Bonds are general obligations of the State of Mississippi backed by the full faith and credit of the state, with interest rates not to exceed limits set in Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101.

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from issuance and cannot be issued after July 1, 2029; any remaining funds after project completion shall be used for bond debt service.

Act takes effect July 1, 2025.
