Extends the repeal date of Chapter 913, Local and Private Laws of 2014 from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2029, allowing the City of Senatobia to continue levying a tax on hotel/motel room rentals and restaurant sales.

Authorizes the City of Senatobia to impose a tax of up to 2% on gross proceeds from hotel and motel room rentals and up to 2% on gross proceeds from restaurant sales.

Dedicates all tax revenue (minus 3% retained by the Department of Revenue for collection costs) solely to parks, recreation, and tourism development in the city.

Requires the city to adopt a resolution, conduct a public election with at least 3 weeks' notice, and obtain approval from 60% of qualified voters before implementing the tax.

Mandates annual independent audits of all receipts and expenditures from this tax, with accounting kept separate from the city's general fund.
