Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds up to $300,000 to fund repair, renovation, and maintenance of the Tennessee Williams Home and Welcome Center in Columbus, Mississippi.

Creates a special fund designated "2025 Tennessee Williams Home and Welcome Center Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for project costs.

Bonds may have interest rates not exceeding limits set in Section 75-17-101, Mississippi Code, with maturity dates not exceeding 25 years from issuance.

Bonds are general obligations of the State of Mississippi backed by full faith and credit of the state; bonds and income are exempt from state taxation and qualify as legal investments for trustees and fiduciaries.

No bonds may be issued under this authorization after July 1, 2029, and the act becomes effective July 1, 2025.
