Appropriates $1,710,000 from the State General Fund to the Board of Supervisors of Claiborne County for recreational facility upgrades during fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026)

Allocates $500,000 for constructing a new indoor pool and renovating existing public pools at county parks and recreation facilities

Allocates $700,000 for restroom renovations at ball fields, fairgrounds, parks, and constructing a new restroom facility at Pattison Recreation Park

Allocates $310,000 for constructing a covered pavilion at Pattison Recreation Park and $200,000 for upgrades to Cannon Ainsworth Park including basketball and pickleball courts

Becomes effective July 1, 2025
