Extends the repeal date of Mississippi's state agency telework policy provisions from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2028.

Allows state agency appointing authorities to authorize telework for employees under policies approved by the State Personnel Board, subject to agency determination that telework serves the agency's best interests.

Requires telework policies to include procedures protecting privileged or confidential information, written telework agreements with work schedules and supervisory oversight, and maintenance of adequate in-office staff for public contact.

Mandates agencies using telework to report employee names, job titles, and schedules to the State Personnel Board, which must submit annual reports to legislative committees by December 31 each year.

Empowers the State Personnel Board to promulgate binding rules for administering telework policies in state service agencies.
