Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds up to $2,000,000 to assist Noxubee County with development of a 100-acre multi-industrial site.

Bond proceeds shall fund site preparation, utility installation, access road construction, and environmental compliance costs for the industrial site project.

Establishes the "2025 Noxubee County Multi-Industrial Site Project Fund" as a special fund in the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds.

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from issue date, may be called for early redemption, and are general obligations backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi.

Issuance deadline is July 1, 2029; any remaining funds after project completion shall be applied to debt service on the bonds.
