Restores voting rights to Felisha Turner of DeSoto County, Mississippi, who lost eligibility as a result of an embezzlement conviction on March 22, 2007 in Tunica County.

Turner was sentenced to three years supervised probation under the Mississippi Department of Corrections and was released from probation on August 23, 2016.

Legislature finds that Turner has conducted herself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen in a good and lawful manner since her release.

Effective upon passage.
