Designates all multi-occupancy restrooms, changing rooms, and sleeping quarters in Mississippi correctional facilities for exclusive use by one sex (male or female) based on biological sex at birth.

Prohibits incarcerated individuals from entering or using restrooms, changing rooms, or sleeping quarters designated for the opposite sex, with exceptions for custodial/maintenance work, medical assistance, emergencies, or temporary assignment by facility staff.

Defines "sex" as biological sex observed or clinically verified at birth and provides biological definitions for "male" and "female" based on reproductive systems.

Creates private right of action for incarcerated individuals who encounter opposite-sex individuals in sex-designated restrooms/changing rooms or are required to share sleeping quarters with opposite-sex individuals, allowing recovery of declaratory relief, injunctive relief, and attorney fees within two years of violation.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
