Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $650,000 to assist Hinds County in constructing a fire station building for the Byram Volunteer Fire Department at Midway Road and Owens Road in House District 66.

Creates a special fund designated the "2025 Hinds County Byram Volunteer Fire Department Fire Station Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse them for fire station construction costs.

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from issuance, bear interest rates within statutory limits, and are general obligations of the State of Mississippi backed by the full faith and credit of the state.

Bond proceeds must be used solely for fire station construction costs and issuance expenses; any remaining funds after project completion shall be applied to debt service on the bonds.

All bonds issued under this act are exempt from state taxation, and the act takes effect July 1, 2025, with no bonds to be issued after July 1, 2029.
