• Appropriates $100,000,000 from the State General Fund to Coahoma Community College and Mississippi Delta Community College, split equally at $50,000,000 each, for campus facility repairs and improvements from passage through June 30, 2026

• Allocates funds for renovation of historic buildings, infrastructure upgrades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), student housing improvements, academic spaces, laboratories, safety systems, energy efficiency projects, and other essential campus repairs

• Requires each community college to develop a comprehensive plan with specific timelines for repair and restoration work as a condition of receiving funds

• Mandates each community college submit annual reports to the Legislature detailing project progress, expenditure accounting, and any delays or challenges
