Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $3,867,700 to assist Bolivar County, Mississippi with costs of the Old Highway 61 Rehabilitation Project (Choctaw to Shaw).

Creates a special fund designated "2025 Bolivar County Old Highway 61 Rehabilitation Project Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the project.

Bonds shall mature within 25 years, bear interest at rates not exceeding limits in Section 75-17-101, Mississippi Code of 1972, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi.

No bonds may be issued after July 1, 2029; any remaining fund balances after project completion shall be applied to pay debt service on the bonds.

Bonds and income therefrom are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation and are legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, and financial institutions.
