Appropriates $20,550,000 from the State General Fund to the Jackson Redevelopment Authority for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026)

Allocates $2,950,000 for revitalization of disinvested areas including the Infill Housing Revitalization Program ($2,000,000), demolition of the old Atmos building ($2,200,000), and stabilization of the historic 214 Farish Street building ($750,000)

Allocates $7,100,000 for safety and security enhancements including upgrades to Facility II parking structure ($1,200,000), Facility IV parking structure ($5,000,000), and Convention Center surface parking lot improvements ($900,000)

Allocates $8,500,000 for economic development initiatives including the Jackson Rise Fund for business financing ($4,000,000), Civic Arena predevelopment funding ($3,000,000), and Farish Street predevelopment activities ($1,500,000)

Takes effect July 1, 2025
