Allocates $12,900,000 for interior renovations to the T.B. Ellis Building and Annex.

Allocates $8,500,000 for renovations to the Heritage Building.

Allocates $5,700,000 for renovations to the Rose E. McCoy Auditorium.

Allocates $4,300,000 for development and implementation of Campus Safety Project enhancements to protect students, faculty, and staff.
