Extends the repeal date of the Washington County Convention and Visitors Committee and associated tourism tax from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2029.

Authorizes the Economic Development District of Washington County to create and operate a Convention and Visitors Committee to promote tourism within the county.

Allows Washington County Board of Supervisors to levy up to 1% tax on gross proceeds of sales from hotels, motels, restaurants, and on-premises retailers, with exemptions for small restaurants (under $100,000 annual income) and hotels/motels with 10 or fewer rental units.

Requires the Department of Revenue to collect the tax and remit proceeds (minus 3% administrative fee) to the Committee, which must allocate up to $25,000 annually to Washington County for facility use.

Establishes a nine-member committee appointed by the Economic Development District, with dedicated fund accounting, annual independent audits, and specific governance and quorum requirements.
