Restores full voting rights to Tramaine Wagner of Walthall County, Mississippi, who lost eligibility due to felony convictions for simple robbery and conspiracy to commit simple robbery in 2007.

Wagner's sentence included 8 years for simple robbery and 5 years for conspiracy (served concurrently), followed by multiple probation violations and supervisions between 2007 and 2015.

Wagner received an additional 6-year sentence in 2017 with 5 years and 9 months suspended, plus probation that ended on July 12, 2022.

Legislature finds that Wagner has since conducted himself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen in a good and lawful manner.

Act takes effect upon passage.
