Requires the Joint Legislative PEER Committee to review and evaluate performance outcomes of TANF fund subcontracts and subgrants awarded by the Department of Human Services at least once every two years.

Committee must examine how subcontractors, subgrantees, and lower-tier subrecipients expended TANF funds and determine whether expenditures met stated requirements and goals.

Committee must prepare a report of findings and evaluations and submit it to all members of the Legislature.

First report must be submitted no later than February 1, 2026.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
