Appropriates $1,000,000 from the State General Fund to the City of Verona, Mississippi for site development costs related to the Old Town Crossing Project.

Project location is at or near the southeast corner of Mississippi Highway 6 and U.S. Highway 45 in the City of Verona.

Funds are designated for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026).

State Treasurer will disburse funds upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer following standard requisition procedures.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
