Amends Mississippi Code Section 73-50-2 to add marriage and family therapy and psychology to the list of occupations exempt from the Universal Recognition of Occupational Licenses Act.

Marriage and family therapy (regulated under Section 73-54-1 et seq.) and psychology (regulated under Section 73-31-1 et seq. and Section 73-31-51) will no longer be required to recognize out-of-state licenses under the universal recognition framework.

The exemption allows Mississippi to maintain separate licensing standards for these mental health professions rather than automatically recognizing licenses obtained from other states.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
