Adds a new exemption to distance restrictions on alcoholic beverage sales and storage, allowing sales at a licensed premises located at 1801 Government Street in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, regardless of proximity to churches, schools, kindergartens, or funeral homes.

Maintains existing exemptions from the 400-foot distance requirement (or 100 feet in commercial zones) for qualified resort areas, historic districts, bed and breakfast inns on the National Register of Historic Places, and specific other locations.

Effective date: July 1, 2025.
