Suspends voting rights upon conviction of vote fraud, crimes listed in Mississippi Constitution Section 241, or crimes interpreted as disenfranchising by Attorney General opinions, but automatically restores voting rights once all sentencing requirements are satisfied.

Removes language permanently denying voting rights to convicted individuals and replaces it with a suspension model tied to completion of sentences rather than lifetime disenfranchisement.

Requires county registrars to automatically restore names to voter rolls, state voter rolls, and county pollbooks once a person has completed all sentencing requirements.

Modifies the Statewide Elections Management System to track completion of sentencing requirements and generate reports for automatic restoration of voting rights.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
