Amends Section 23-15-213 to revise the staggered election terms for county election commissioners in supervisor districts Two and Four, effective until December 31, 2027.

Election commissioners from districts Two and Four elected in 2027 shall serve a three-year term instead of the standard four-year term.

Beginning in 2030, election commissioners from districts Two and Four shall be elected every four years and serve four-year terms, aligning with the election cycle for commissioners from districts One, Three, and Five.

Maintains existing qualifications requiring candidates to file petitions signed by at least 50 qualified electors and majority vote requirements for election.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
