Amends Section 15-1-13 of the Mississippi Code to eliminate adverse possession claims as a means of vesting title to land.

Removes the previous 10-year adverse possession requirement and instead prohibits title vesting "for any period of time" through adverse possession.

Repeals provisions allowing persons under disability (minority or unsoundness of mind) to sue within 10 years after removal of disability and the 31-year cap on such claims.

Repeals the fence or driveway exception that previously allowed landowners to file written notice within 10 years to prevent adverse possession claims.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
