Increases the maximum weekly unemployment benefit amount from $235.00 to $275.00 for benefit years beginning on or after July 1, 2025.

Maintains the weekly benefit calculation as one-twenty-sixth of the highest quarterly wages earned during the base period.

Keeps the minimum weekly benefit amount at $30.00.

Brings Section 71-5-507 (governing total regular benefits) forward for possible amendment without making changes.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
