Authorizes offenders on probation and parole to earn additional earned-discharge credits by participating in faith-based activities beginning July 1, 2025.

Offenders may earn a maximum of 40 hours per month in faith-based activities, with each 40 hours earned reducing their probation or parole term by 5 days per month.

Requires designated leaders of faith-based entities to submit monthly reports by the 15th of the following month documenting offenders' participation for credit verification.

Amends Section 47-7-40 of the Mississippi Code to establish rules and regulations for the faith-based earned-discharge credit program alongside existing earned-discharge mechanisms.

Maintains existing earned-discharge credit provisions that allow one day of credit reduction per full calendar month of compliance with supervision conditions.
