Creates the "Create A Respectful And Open Workplace For Natural (CROWN) Hair Act" to prohibit discrimination based on natural hairstyles including afros, braids, twists, and locs in workplaces and schools.

Prohibits employers, schools, school districts, and administrators from creating dress codes or policies that restrict natural hair, or discriminating in compensation, promotions, discipline, or expulsion based on hairstyle.

Establishes exceptions allowing differential treatment based on seniority systems, merit systems, production quality/quantity, or other bona fide job-related factors unrelated to hairstyle.

Prohibits retaliation against individuals who oppose unlawful practices under this act or participate in investigations and complaints.

Allows civil actions for violations with a 2-year statute of limitations, permitting recovery of unpaid wages, liquidated damages, compensatory damages, punitive damages, equitable relief, and attorney's fees.
