Appropriates $11,000,000 from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund to the State Department of Health for the MAGnet Community Health Disparity Program for fiscal year 2026.

Funds shall be used to address disproportionate COVID-19 impacts on minority and disadvantaged communities through developing mitigation plans, reducing racial vaccine distribution disparities, and conducting outreach and remote patient monitoring.

Federally Qualified Health Centers are eligible to receive funding through the program upon submission and approval of applications to MAGnet Community Health Corporation.

Requires the Department of Health to ensure all expenditures comply with federal guidelines from the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Single Audit Act, with recipients responsible for repaying any improperly expended funds.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
